The Incom platform is a teaching-related communication and collaboration platform for creative universities. Your digital classroom and online meeting space which enables study organization and presentation.

  • The Frontpage Dashboard,
    the frontpage gathers all information from the campus. Here the latest projects will be presented, announcements made and interesting information from the working groups will be shared.
  • Workspaces,
    are digital spaces in which people gather and focus upon certain topics and events. Here they communicate, research, collect and simply think out loud.
  • The project View,
    Projects summarize the findings, document and present them. In sum they build a student portfolio. Optionally, they can be viewed and exported outside the platform.
  • Schedule and Calendar,
    with the calendar, you can keep an eye on upcoming events. Either for the workspace or the entire campus. Calendars can be imported and exported.
  • Course Catalogue,
    the automated course enrollment procedure in Incom tries to establish fairness in the allocation of places in participant-limited courses. The number of courses a student can apply for is limited to 10.
  • The Bulletin Board,
    as it has always been, the bulletin board is the pivotal point of each university. Here you will find official information as well as housing, internships, jobs,...or that pendrive that you lost at lunch.
  • The User Profile,
    the user profile provides a short info for members of the community. In addition, the user's projects and workspaces provide context of his or her study- or teaching- progress.
  • Showcase of the University,
    this creates not only a portfolio of results for a course, but also a presentable showcase for the university. To give students a better impression of the lectures and curriculum.
