Kinesiology tapes are tapes with longitudinal elasticity that adhere to the skin using a medical-grade acrylic adhesive. They are used for ailments and injuries affecting the musculoskeletal system.*
There are 4x KINESIO TAPE options to choose from, differing in configuration and material; the adhesive properties are identical across all tapes. Both TRUETAPE® and TRUETAPE® Basic are available in pre-cut versions (20 strips of 25 cm per roll) and uncut versions (5 m rolls).
Kinesiology tapes are widely used in medical practice and physiotherapy for general musculoskeletal complaints. You can use KINESIO TAPES for issues such as muscle bruises, strains, tension, sore muscles, irritation at tendon insertion points, or for the gentle stabilization of joints.*

Crosstapes are adhesive tapes in a special grid pattern that are applied directly to trigger points, acupuncture points, and pain points* on the skin—for example, over muscles, tendons, or ligaments.
Using pre-cut strips and over 50 free taping guides, you can tape yourself to treat a wide range of sports injuries or musculoskeletal complaints.* All guides were developed by doctors and physiotherapists and can be safely applied at home in just a few minutes.

The difference between kinesiology tape and sports tape lies in their elasticity and, consequently, their function.
Kinesiology tapes are highly elastic, offering optimal freedom of movement with a stretch of up to 200%. They are used for rehabilitation and the treatment of sports injuries, such as irritation at tendon insertion points, muscle fiber tears, muscle tension, or imbalances.* Kinesiology tapes provide noticeable postural support through enhanced proprioceptive feedback and optimal movement support.
Kinesiology taping is considered a standard therapeutic method in physiotherapy, orthopedics, and sports medicine in general, and is very frequently used in combination with other physiotherapeutic applications and treatments.
Kinesio tape can have the following positive effects*:
Pain reduction, Alleviation of muscle tension by influencing muscle tone, Accelerated recovery of physical performance after athletic exertion, Support for joint function, Optimization of blood and lymph circulation in the treated area,Mild mechanical stabilization
Increased performance of muscle groups, Reduced muscle fatigue and, consequently, a lower risk of injury, Improved muscle function, Improved movement control through the enhancement of proprioceptive information transmitted to the central nervous system.*
